This will be a long blog and I will update it regularly, so please visit often 🙂 and I welcome your comments.
How it works: each day, or every couple days(when I take time away from the devices) I will be writing my inspiration for gratitude, what I am feeling grateful for, what i am noticing I am feeling grateful for. A meditation on gratitude. Crossing my fingers that the returns are cumulative 😉 Won’t you join me? And in the words and song of Mr.Rogers, “Won’t you be my neighbor?”

O and I’m grateful for this:
“Today the Moon is transiting Revati, which is the star that represents an ocean of possibilities. Everything is possible. If you can dream it, you can realize it. All the major scientific discoveries, all the best musical compositions, all the most profound poetry were first seen in the dreams of those who created them. Likewise you don’t invent anything in your life. You just open yourself to the possibility and receive it.” Thank you Katy Komenda for your wonder and insight

I am grateful for what yoga gives: a place of acceptance with all that is, with countless hours of breath and the nitty gritty of arising sensation, i can truly say each time I finish on the mat I am so happy I did. Not to mention an incredible mind expanding experience with this amazing organism we call our bodies.
I am grateful that I have a forum to empty the contents of my head and people actually appreciate it, Awesome! http://on.fb.me/1sOA5dT
I am so grateful for a delicious bowl of homemade soup. Nicole’s Simple Recipe: Cook a cup of your favorite grain: I like 1/2c brown basmati w 1/2c Kaniwa(like quinoa but tastier! and very high in iron) While it is cooking throw in some onion and mushroom. Boil Water 1c for every serving desired, add Miso Paste and some seaweed, I like Dulse and Wakame, pour in bowl throw in rice and shredded veggies like carrot, cabbage, bok choy. Cilantro optional. If you dont like miso paste it works pretty well with thai curry paste too. Or No Paste! Just add olive oil and lemon at the end w crunchy veggies yumyum!! Total Prep time: 20mins
Sweet Dreams Darling Dearhearts, I love you.
